What You'll Do:

Provide comprehensive nursing care in the Emergency Department per ANA standards
Assess patients and develop individualized care plans
Administer medications and treatments, monitor effects, and document responses
Collaborate with healthcare team members and delegate appropriately
Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and health management
Respond to urgent situations with clinical judgment and efficiency
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and documentation standards

What You Need:
Required:

Texas RN license or valid compact license
Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications
Minimum 1 year of recent ER nursing experience
Preferred:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
Experience in a high-acuity emergency setting
