What You'll Do:
  • Provide comprehensive nursing care in the Emergency Department per ANA standards
  • Assess patients and develop individualized care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments, monitor effects, and document responses
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members and delegate appropriately
  • Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and health management
  • Respond to urgent situations with clinical judgment and efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and documentation standards

What You Need:
Required:
  • Texas RN license or valid compact license
  • Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications
  • Minimum 1 year of recent ER nursing experience
    Preferred:
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
  • Experience in a high-acuity emergency setting
