• License/Certs: BLS, ACLS, PALS (AHA), RN License in TX or compact
• Experience: 2+ years in OR/Surgical Nursing preferred

What You’ll Do:

• Provide high-quality nursing care in a busy Level III Trauma Center
• Assist with general OR, neuro, spine, ortho, robotic, vascular surgeries, and more
• Administer medications and treatments following protocols
• Monitor patients for side effects and treatment effectiveness
• Document patient assessments, care, and education provided
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Delegate tasks appropriately and manage contingencies in a dynamic environment

What You Need:

• RN license in Texas or valid compact license
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in operating room or surgical nursing
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (AHA)
• Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently and in a team
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
