What Youll Do
Assist in preparing patients and the operating room for surgery across multiple specialties, including general, neuro, spine, ortho, robotic, and vascular.
Maintain aseptic techniques and ensure patient safety and comfort.
Prepare the operating room by setting up instruments, supplies, and maintaining sterile fields.
Assist surgeons by passing instruments, sutures, and supplies during procedures.
Transport and position patients for surgery, ensuring adherence to safety standards.
Identify and care for biological specimens in accordance with hospital protocols.
Monitor sterile environment and enforce infection control procedures throughout each case.
Collaborate effectively with surgical teams to ensure smooth workflow and patient safety.
What You Need
Certified Surgical Technologist certification or LVN/LPN license.
BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred).
At least 2 years of surgical tech experience, with proficiency in multiple specialties preferred.
Strong aseptic and infection control skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced surgical environment.
