What You’ll Do
  • Provide high-quality emergency nursing care independently in a fast-paced ER setting
  • Assess patient condition, prioritize care, and execute appropriate interventions
  • Administer medications and treatments following protocols
  • Monitor patient responses and adjust care plans accordingly
  • Document patient histories, treatments, and shifts accurately
  • Educate patients and families regarding care plans and health management
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes


What You Need
  • Required:
    • RN license in TX or valid compact license
    • Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications (AHA only)
    • 1+ year ER experience preferred
  • Preferred:
    • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
    • Experience working in a hospital emergency department
