Hourly Pay Rate: $53.60

What Youll Do
Provide routine and complex emergency nursing care to patients in a fast-paced ER environment
Assess patient conditions, perform physical assessments, and prioritize care
Administer medications, treatments, and interventions following protocols
Document patient histories, care plans, and clinical data accurately
Educate patients and families about health conditions and treatments
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
Demonstrate leadership and adherence to safety and compliance standards
What You Need Required:
Current RN license in Texas or a compact state
BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications (all from AHA)
Minimum 1 year of ER nursing experience preferred
Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and weekend requirements
Preferred:
Experience working in a hospital Emergency Department setting
Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
