What Youll Do
Provide high-quality emergency nursing care utilizing the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation
Administer medications and treatments, monitoring for side effects and effectiveness
Document patient history, symptoms, medications, and care provided accurately
Address psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
Support patient education for families and caregivers
Demonstrate independence and professionalism in a fast-paced ER environment
What You Need
Valid RN license in Texas or valid multistate license (compact)
Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications (American Heart Association)
Minimum 1 year of emergency room experience preferred
Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently in a high-pressure setting
