Pay rate: $51.59/hour (plus shift differentials and additional stipends as applicable)

What Youll Do:
Provide routine and complex nursing care in a busy IMC / Telemetry MedSurg setting
Monitor and respond to patients with a wide variety of conditions, including neuro, respiratory, cardiac, and gastrointestinal issues
Administer medications and treatments, including drips and bipaps, following appropriate protocols
Document patient history, interventions, responses, and care plans accurately
Educate patients and families regarding care, treatments, and discharge instructions
Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
Maintain compliance with hospital standards and nursing practice guidelines
What You Need:
Active RN license in Texas or a compact state
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar MedSurg/IMC/Telemetry setting
BLS, ACLS, and NIH certifications required
EPIC EMR experience highly preferred
Strong clinical assessment and patient management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
