What Youll Do:
Provide direct nursing care in telemetry and IMC MedSurg units
Assess patient conditions and develop care plans based on clinical protocols
Administer medications and treatments, monitor for side effects, and evaluate effectiveness
Document patient history, symptoms, care provided, and interventions
Collaborate with care team members to ensure patient safety and quality care
Educate patients and families on health management and post-discharge care
Manage complex cases involving respiratory issues, sepsis, and multiple co-morbidities
What You Need: Required:
Valid RN license in Texas or a compact state
BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA only)
Minimum 2 years of relevant nursing experience
Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
Preferred:
Experience in telemetry, IMC, or MedSurg units
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
