What You’ll Do:

• Provide direct nursing care in telemetry and IMC MedSurg units
• Assess patient conditions and develop care plans based on clinical protocols
• Administer medications and treatments, monitor for side effects, and evaluate effectiveness
• Document patient history, symptoms, care provided, and interventions
• Collaborate with care team members to ensure patient safety and quality care
• Educate patients and families on health management and post-discharge care
• Manage complex cases involving respiratory issues, sepsis, and multiple co-morbidities

What You Need:
Required:

• Valid RN license in Texas or a compact state
• BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA only)
• Minimum 2 years of relevant nursing experience
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills

Preferred:

• Experience in telemetry, IMC, or MedSurg units
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
