What Youll Do
Provide routine and complex nursing care in the IMC/Telemetry and Medical-Surgical units based on patient needs
Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and assess patient responses
Document patient history, treatments, and progress accurately in the electronic health record
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
Educate patients and families about their condition and care plans
Utilize EPIC electronic medical record system (EPIC experience highly preferred)
Manage a wide variety of cases, including neuro, respiratory, cardiac, GI, and patients on multiple drips or bipaps
What You Need
Active RN license in Texas or a compact state
At least 2 years of clinical nursing experience in ICU, IMC, or MedSurg settings
Strong interpersonal and clinical skills
Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment
Experience with EPIC electronic health record system (highly preferred)
BLS, ACLS, and NIH certifications
