  • Licenses/Certs: Current RN license in TX or compact, BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC
  • Experience: At least 2 years in ER (free-standing ER, urgent care, or ER code) preferred

  • Pay rate: $50.25/hour (local rate)

What You’ll Do
  • Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced emergency department setting
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process
  • Administer medications and treatments according to protocols, monitor for side effects
  • Document patient histories, care provided, and medication administration accurately
  • Collaborate with team members to coordinate patient care and ensure safety
  • Educate patients and families on health conditions and post-discharge instructions
  • Manage complex psychological, emotional, and social needs of patients in accordance with standards


What You Need
  • Current RN license in Texas or a multi-state compact license
  • Minimum of 2 years ER experience in a fast-paced setting (free-standing ER, urgent care, or ER code)
  • BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications (current)
  • Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a dynamic environment
  • Strong assessment, communication, and teamwork skills
