  • Shift: Nights, 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM (12-hour shifts)
  • Hours per Week: 36-40 hours
  • Employment Type: Temporary with possibility for permanent placement
  • Licenses/Certifications: Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, RN license in TX or compact license
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of ED experience, specific to ER, free-standing ER, ER code, or urgent care


Pay & Benefits:
  • Hourly Rate: $50.25 / hour

What You’ll Do:
  • Provide high-quality nursing care in a busy ER or urgent care setting
  • Perform assessments, diagnoses, and plan patient care using the nursing process
  • Administer medications and treatments accurately, monitor side effects, and evaluate outcomes
  • Document patient histories, symptoms, treatments, and ongoing care
  • Manage emotional, psychological, and social needs of patients and families
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Follow protocols for emergency and routine procedures, adhering to safety standards


What You Need:
Required:
  • RN license in Texas or a compact state
  • Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications (AHA)
  • Minimum 2 years of emergency department experience
  • Experience in ER, urgent care, or free-standing ER settings

Preferred:
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
  • Additional certifications relevant to emergency care
