Start Date: 07/13/2026
End Date: 10/11/2026
Shift: Nights, 8:00 PM 8:00 AM (12-hour shifts)
Hours per Week: 36-40 hours
Employment Type: Temporary with possibility for permanent placement
Licenses/Certifications: Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, RN license in TX or compact license
Experience: Minimum 2 years of ED experience, specific to ER, free-standing ER, ER code, or urgent care

Pay & Benefits:

Hourly Rate: $50.25 / hour
Pay Package: Competitive pay discussed upon application

What Youll Do:

Provide high-quality nursing care in a busy ER or urgent care setting
Perform assessments, diagnoses, and plan patient care using the nursing process
Administer medications and treatments accurately, monitor side effects, and evaluate outcomes
Document patient histories, symptoms, treatments, and ongoing care
Manage emotional, psychological, and social needs of patients and families
Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Follow protocols for emergency and routine procedures, adhering to safety standards

What You Need:
Required:

RN license in Texas or a compact state
Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications (AHA)
Minimum 2 years of emergency department experience
Experience in ER, urgent care, or free-standing ER settings

Preferred:

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
Additional certifications relevant to emergency care
