Job Summary

The Technology Operations Supervisor leads and supervises district-wide technology operations and Tier 1 technical support, including the IT helpdesk, hardware and software support, technology projects, staff training, asset management, and customer service. The position works collaboratively with IT leadership and District departments to ensure effective technology support for schools and central office sites.
