Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages to customer specifications. nt
• Operate coffee machines and related equipment efficiently and safely. nt
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barista station and customer areas. nt
• Restock supplies such as cups, lids, milk, and syrups. nt
• Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner; resolve customer concerns when necessary. nt
• Follow all airport and store safety, sanitation, and security guidelines. nt
• Process payments using a POS system and accurately handle cash/credit transactions. nt
• Assist with opening and closing duties as needed. nt
• Support team members during busy periods and contribute to a positive work environment. nt
• Other duties may be assigned. n
