Our French-speaking Recruiter is accountable for:

• Providing recruiting support for manufacturing roles requiring French language capability, with a focus on Eastern Canada and Quebec
• Screening candidates in French and supporting candidate interviews and conversations
• Reviewing job postings and offers to ensure the wording is correct
• Partnering with hiring stakeholders to support short-term coverage needs while internal resources are being coordinated
• Supporting a fast-moving hiring need where immediate coverage was required

Essential Skills:

• French language proficiency
• Experience supporting recruiter-type work, including screening and interview coordination
• Ability to work with stakeholders across recruiting and hiring teams
• Comfort supporting urgent, short-term coverage needs
• Familiarity with recruiting in Eastern Canada, specifically Quebec

The annual base pay range for this position is $51.300 to $68.400 USD per year.  Final annual compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
