Description: We are seeking an experienced welder/fabricator skilled in various welding, cutting, and fabricating techniques. Candidates should be well-versed in handling both ferrous and non-ferrous materials and have knowledge of different filler wires and electrodes, including their appropriate applications. The role provides access to modern welding tools and heavy equipment to complete tasks effectively. We value teamwork and creative problem-solving to tackle challenging projects. $22-$28 Requirements: - Expertise in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding. - Ability to maintain fabrication tolerances within +/- 1/16 or better. - Proficiency in leveling and squaring independently. - Competence in reading and interpreting blueprints without assistance. - Accurate tape measure reading skills. - Capability to occasionally push, pull, or carry up to 70 pounds independently. - Possession of a valid Illinois driver s license. - Welding classes and/or technical training are advantageous. - Experience with forklifts and overhead cranes is a plus.
