Job Description:

Orion is seeking a Manager to join the Client Strategy team, supporting the Client Business Partner and Associate Director while helping grow client relationships, revenue, and overall client service.

The Manager is responsible for Supporting all aspects of Client Strategy, including:

• Project management
• Daily account management
• Pipeline management
• Organic growth
• Managing and growing relationships with agency partners and clients
• Delivering Orion's monthly client savings statements and pacing reports accurately and on time

Key Responsibilities

• Cultivate strong client and agency relationships
• Partner with Orion team on account management
• Identify opportunities for organic revenue growth
• Manage multiple client projects simultaneously
• Present Orion savings opportunities and performance results
• Coordinate with internal teams to execute client initiatives
• Mentor junior team members
• Ensure monthly reporting and deliverables are accurate and timely

Qualifications

• Client services or account management experience
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Ability to analyze data and present recommendations
• Strong Excel skill set

$85,000 - $90,000

Omnicom's policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom's corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
