Job Description:
THE PROJECT MANAGER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PLANNING, EXECUTING, AND DELIVERING PROJECTS THAT SUPPORT BUSINESS AND TECHNOLOGY OBJECTIVES. THIS ROLE COORDINATES CROSS-FUNCTIONAL TEAMS, MANAGES SCHEDULES AND BUDGETS, MITIGATES RISKS, AND ENSURES PROJECTS ARE DELIVERED ON TIME, WITHIN SCOPE, AND ALIGNED WITH ORGANIZATIONAL PRIORITIES. THE PROJECT MANAGER SERVES AS THE PRIMARY POINT OF ACCOUNTABILITY FOR PROJECT OUTCOMES AND STAKEHOLDER COMMUNICATION.
MUST BE FAMILIAR WITH JIRA. STRONG COMMUNICATION SKILLS. MUST HAVE A PROACTIVE DEMEANOR, DIVING IN TO UNDERSTAND THE PROJECT AND COMMUNICATING IN ADVANCE OF ROADBLOCKS
MUST HAVE:
- STRONG EXPERIENCE MANAGING END-TO-END PROJECT DELIVERY (INITIATION THROUGH GO-LIVE)
- PROVEN ABILITY TO MANAGE TIMELINES, BUDGETS, RISKS, AND DEPENDENCIES ACROSS COMPLEX PROGRAMS
- EXPERIENCE WITH AGILE, SCRUM, AND/OR WATERFALL METHODOLOGIES
- STRONG STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT SKILLS ACROSS BUSINESS, TECHNOLOGY, AND VENDOR PARTNERS
- EXPERTISE IN PROJECT PLANNING TOOLS (E.G., MS PROJECT, JIRA, AZURE DEVOPS)
- ABILITY TO LEAD CROSS-FUNCTIONAL TEAMS AND DRIVE ACCOUNTABILITY
- STRONG COMMUNICATION SKILLS WITH EXPERIENCE PRESENTING TO SENIOR LEADERSHIP
GOOD TO HAVE:
- PMP, SCRUM MASTER, OR AGILE CERTIFICATION
- EXPOSURE TO LARGE-SCALE ENTERPRISE OR DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION INITIATIVES
- DATA-DRIVEN REPORTING AND DASHBOARDING EXPERIENCE (POWER BI, TABLEAU)
