Salary Range: $55-60

Introduction

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager 5 to join our team. The role involves developing, managing, and overseeing business operational processes that support our executives and overall organization. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategic plans to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (or relevant experience in a related role)
• 5-10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an operations environment
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with complex data sets and develop actionable insights
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Strong project and change management skills, with experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
• Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
• MBA or Master's degree in a related field
• Certification in project management, such as PMP or Agile
• Experience working in a global organization, with a focus on managing and implementing operational processes and projects across multiple regions
• Experience working in a technology or software development environment, with a focus on managing and implementing operational processes and projects that support product development and delivery

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Oversee the development and implementation of operational processes and projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic priorities
• Collaborate with our org’s executive stakeholders to understand business needs, identify areas for improvement, and develop solutions to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness
• Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders in Global Technology’s central teams to include HR, TA, Finance, and the Technology Management Office
• Provide guidance and support to the Business Operations team, ensuring that projects and initiatives are aligned with business objectives and strategic priorities
• Identify and mitigate operational risks, developing and implementing plans to ensure business continuity and minimize disruption
