Seasonal Full-Time Position  March -November 1st

A leader who manages and oversees all elements of the 19th Hole Department while keeping a positive attitude with all staff , vendors, members and guests and ensuring tasks are completed to the highest standards.

Reports to: Food and Beverage Director


Primary Duties & Responsibilities
• Coordinates weekly schedules for 19th Hole staff
• Train staff on all daily procedures, software and cash handling protocol
• Greets and seats members and guests as needed
• Maintains a cash bank and submits deposits to accounting on a daily basis
• Checks that all employees are properly dressed with clean uniforms at all times
• Provides appropriate reports concerning employee hours, schedules, pay rates, job changes, tip pool, etc.
• Receives and handles complaints concerning food, beverages, staffing, and services
• Assures the correct appearance, cleanliness, and proper setup at the 19th Hole
• Checks the maintenance of all equipment in the dining room and reports deficiencies
• Keeps inventory of dining room and cooking items
• Assists F&B Manager with beverage management including maintaining, ordering and monthly inventory
• Assists F&B Manager with special request for beer, liquor, and wine for functions
• Prepares weekly specials and other marketing correspondence
• Assists F&B Manager with Golf Packages and prebooked events
• Assists F&B Manager with department goals, strategies and objectives
• Any other duties assigned by management

Education & Experience


• Candidates will have prior cooking and managing experience. This individual will posses excellent interpersonal and communication skills. The ability to be dependable, motivated and trustworthy will be a daily necessity. Flexible hours are needed to meet the needs of the season and golf course.
