TeamHealth has an excellent opportunity for an emergency medicine physician to join our team at Sovah Health Martinsville in Martinsville, Virginia.
Sovah Health Martinsville
- 33 ED beds
- Annual volume: 43,000
- 34 hours of daily physician coverage and 24 hours of daily APC coverage
- Admit rate: 12%
- 10 and 12-hour shifts available
- Eligibility for J1 Visa sponsorship if applicable
- Specialty support: cath lab, GI, interventional radiology, neurology ortho, Psych, vascular surgery
Must be board-eligible or board-certified in emergency medicine or primary care with emergency medicine experience. New grads welcome!
Competitive Compensation, with an estimated base salary range of $280 to $300 hourly.

Sovah Health Martinsville is a 237-bed full service acute-care hospital and LifePoint Health facility. This facility offers services in more than 25 medical specialties and is well-recognized for clinical excellence. Martinsville is a part of the Duke Heart Network and is home to the Ravenel Oncology Center, also affiliated with Duke University, and the Julius Hermes Breast Care Center.
