Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement complex web applications and services from conception to deployment.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and design patterns.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define, design, and ship new features.
Build and maintain robust RESTful APIs and microservices, ensuring high performance and security.
Develop responsive and intuitive user interfaces using modern front-end frameworks and libraries.
Lead code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure adherence to coding standards.
Mentor junior and mid-level developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technical strategy.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex production issues across the stack.
Ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of applications.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
Expertise in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
Strong proficiency in at least one back-end language and framework (e.g., Node.js with Express, Python with Django/Flask, Java with Spring Boot, C# with .NET Core).
