MEP Construction Project Delivery Manager (Electrical Focus)

A day in this role

Based in Plano, TX, you will guide complex Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing projects from early planning through closeout. Your mornings might start by refining the master schedule and budget, aligning resources, and prioritizing tasks. Midday often brings coordination huddles with architects, engineers, and trade partners to keep specifications tight and decisions timely. Afternoons are for jobsite walks, verifying progress, safety, and quality, and removing obstacles before they impact cost or schedule. You close the day by updating stakeholders, highlighting wins, and flagging risks with clear mitigation plans.

What you'll lead

• End-to-end ownership of MEP project delivery—scope, schedule, cost, quality, and safety.
• Cross-discipline coordination with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to meet design intent and specifications.
• Creation and upkeep of integrated schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Routine site visits to track progress, verify installation quality, and resolve field issues in real time.
• Consistent, transparent communication with stakeholders, including concise progress updates and action plans.
• Safety and code compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Preparation and delivery of executive-ready reports and presentations.
• Proactive risk identification with practical mitigation strategies to avoid disruption.

What you bring

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a closely related field.
• 5+ years managing projects in the MEP arena with proven results.
• Deep familiarity with MEP systems and construction workflows.
• Organizational strength and the capacity to steer multiple projects at once.
• Clear, confident communication and a collaborative leadership style.
• Proficiency with project management software and related tools.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Comfort operating in a fast-paced setting with shifting priorities.
• Electrical background strongly preferred.
