Responsibilities include transferring, cleaning, painting, and packing products, operating assembly and finishing equipment, inspecting products visually and dimensionally, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment.
Assist with material handling, troubleshoot minor equipment issues, and ensure safety procedures are followed with proper PPE.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and report safety concerns immediately.
Work may require overtime, weekend shifts, and working in noisy environments with protective gear.
