Production Team Member LOCATION: Chelsea, MI HOURS & COMPENSATION:
1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Compensation: $16.75 per hour
2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Compensation: $16.75 per hour
Shift Premium: $1.00 per hour
3rd Shift: Sunday - Thursday, 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM

BREAKS: All shifts receive one 15-minute break and one 20-minute paid lunch. Because lunch is paid, there is no leaving the company property. Operate and monitor assembly line machines to ensure smooth and efficient production of steel components.
Load materials and components into machines, ensuring correct placement and alignment.
Conduct regular visual inspections of parts and components to identify any defects or irregularities.
Perform routine maintenance checks on machinery to ensure proper functioning and report any issues to the maintenance team.
Ensure that all safety protocols and procedures are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all housekeeping standards.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Good attendance
Positive attitude
Ability and willingness to learn and grow
REQUIREMENTS:
Steel toe shoes
Safety glasses
Full-length pants in denim or similar material, t-shirt, or long sleeves (no rips or tears)
Long hair tied back; jewelry is highly discouraged, but necklaces may be worn if tucked inside the shirt
No cell phones permitted on the production floor for safety purposes
