Position Overview
We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Assembler I candidates to join our manufacturing team in Rockford, IL. This Temp-to-Hire opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and take pride in producing quality products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
Assemble components and finished products according to work instructions and specifications.
Use hand tools and basic assembly equipment safely and effectively.
Inspect parts and completed assemblies to ensure quality standards are met.
Follow production schedules and maintain productivity goals.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Communicate production or quality concerns to supervisors.
Assist with packaging and other production-related tasks as needed.
Qualifications
Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Strong attention to detail and quality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
Ability to stand, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
