Exceed your potential with VoltVolt is immediately hiring for 1st & 2nd shift Machine Operators in Oceanside Ca.As a1st shift Machine Operator you will• Operate and monitor food processing equipment Polyclip Stuffers Grinder Mixer Line etc.• Set up machines at the start of shift adjust settings to maintain correct speeds weights cuts and specs• Support changeovers cleaning teardown and equipment assembly• Verify process parameters and document results per HACCP GMP and USDAFSIS standards• Perform routine checks to ensure product quality weight accuracy and integrity• Accurately document all production data• Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and escalate when needed• Maintain clean sanitized work areas and follow all food safety practices• Follow all safety procedures including lockouttagout PPE guarding and safe material handlingAs a 2nd shift Machine Operator you will Operate and monitor production equipment including slicers packaging machinery including automated systems and other manufacturing equipment. Perform machine setup at the start of each shift and make necessary adjustments to maintain proper speeds weights cuts and product specifications. Support equipment changeovers cleaning and teardownassembly as required. Verify process parameters and accurately document results in compliance with HACCP GMP and USDAFSIS standards. Conduct quality checks including visual inspections weight verification labeling accuracy and package integrity. Identify and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues escalate more complex problems to Leads Maintenance or Supervisors. Maintain a clean organized and sanitary work environment in accordance with food safety and sanitation standards. Follow all safety protocols including lockouttagout procedures proper use of PPE equipment guarding and safe material handling practices. Communicate production issues downtime supply shortages or quality concerns promptly to leadership.This is a full timeopportunity.The ideal candidate will have High school diploma or equivalent required. Formal training in Machine Operation or mechanical systems is beneficial. Minimum 2 years of experience in food manufacturing or a similar production environment. Hands-on experience operating production machinery. Experience in a USDA-regulated facility preferred. Basic mechanical aptitude with the ability to learn machine setup adjustments and troubleshooting. Effective basic computer skills. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting. Ability to read and write in English bilingual EnglishSpanish preferred. Able to work in a cold environment. Clear drug test is required.
