Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Production Associates for a manufacturing company in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota. In this role, you’ll help produce quality products in a clean, organized production environment while working alongside a supportive team. What You’ll Do as a Production Associate:- Operate basic production or packaging equipment
- Assemble, inspect, or package products according to work instructions
- Monitor product quality and report defects or issues
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Follow safety, quality, and production guidelines
What You Need to Bring to the Production Associate Role:- Ability to stand for an 8–10 hour shift
- Ability to lift up to 40–50 pounds regularly
- Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred but not required
- Ability to read and follow basic work instructions in English
- Reliable transportation to Brooklyn Park, MN
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and/or drug screen, if required
- Entry-level candidates welcome – no experience required
