Job Title: Production Operator
Pay: $17 - 19 per hour
Hours:
  • 1st Shift - 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
  • 2nd Shift - 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM

As a Production Operator, you'll play a vital role in supporting daily manufacturing operations and ensuring products meet high standards of quality and efficiency. You'll work closely with the production team to facilitate smooth workflows, handle components safely, and contribute to the company’s success.

What You’ll Do
As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for:
  • Catching parts as they come off injection molding machines and directing them safely to prevent damage or injury.
  • Inspecting finished products for defects and verifying they meet quality standards.
  • Packaging completed items efficiently for shipment.
  • Loading resins into machines to ensure continuous production cycles.
  • Performing assembly tasks, such as adding screws, O-rings, and other components to prepare products for delivery.

What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • At least 6 months of experience working in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
  • The physical ability to stand, lift, bend, and handle weights up to 35 pounds throughout the shift.
  • Warehouse experience and familiarity with manufacturing equipment are preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety and quality standards.

Location & Schedule:
This on-site position is based at 12315 York Delta Drive in North Royalton, OH. The schedule is either 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM or 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, Monday through Friday with a possibility of overtime.
