10-key (Tenkey) Numeric Keypad, Data Entry
POSITION SUMMARY: This position is primarily responsible for reading, interpreting, and responding to Guest comments and questions by letter or email. Some computer knowledge is required.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monday - Friday 8-hour shifts (7am - 3:30pm)
- Responding to Guest comments and questions by both letter and email
- Occasional data entry
- 10key experience a plus
- Quiet on-site work environment
- Will train for specific needs
