Organization Information Frankfort Independent School District is a unique district that serves a total enrollment of approximately 750 students. These students are educated at Early Learning Academy (Pre-K); Second Street School (K-8), Frankfort High School(9-12) and Capital City Preparatory (Alternative School 9-12).
