1st Grade Teacher

Duties --------

Lead a self-contained classroom instruction and supervision. Also includes student supervision during lunch, recess, and chapel.

Qualifications --------------

Classroom teacher candidates must have at a minimum a bachelors degree in education or have completed an approved alternate path for state licensure.
Have a current teaching license (Illinois licenses preferred).

Expectations -------------

Act in a manner that supports the Statement of Belief for the Lutheran Central School Association of Peoria, IL, and live in a manner that exemplifies the Concordia Lutheran School Christian Code of Conduct.
Include:
Classroom instruction
Participation in professional development opportunities
Curriculum development
Various supervision duties

Salary and Benefits -------------------

Salary: $38,300 - $59,500 based on education and years of teaching experience
