The Warehouse Associate is responsible for moving, storing, and retrieving products and supplies throughout the warehouse while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and safety. This position supports daily warehouse operations by handling inventory, processing shipments, and maintaining productivity standards.
Hours: 7:30am-4pm
Pay:$17.50
Essential Responsibilities
- Move products and materials throughout the warehouse using manual methods and material handling equipment as needed.
- Utilize RF scanners and warehouse computer systems to accurately record inventory transactions.
- Remove products from pallets or skids for processing.
- Open cartons, count contents, and organize products for storage or shipment.
- Push, stack, and remove totes, boxes, and containers from conveyors or storage racks.
- Pack products and supplies into boxes, totes, or Gaylord containers for shipping.
- Inspect products for accuracy and report discrepancies or damaged materials.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse operating guidelines.
- Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Minimum of one (1) year of work experience in a previous position.
- At least six (6) months of experience performing physically demanding work involving standing, walking, lifting, pushing, pulling, bending, squatting, reaching, gripping, or similar activities.
- Previous warehouse or distribution experience is preferred but not required.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic math skills, including addition and subtraction.
- Ability to read and understand written instructions and work documents.
- Basic written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk continuously throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds throughout the workday.
- Ability to push and pull up to 50 pounds of force.
- Frequent bending, squatting, kneeling, twisting, climbing, crawling, and reaching above shoulder level.
- Frequent use of hands for gripping, grasping, and handling materials.
- Ability to work scheduled shifts, including overtime, before or after scheduled hours, and weekends when required.
- Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures, including hot and cold environments.
