Job Summary: Seeking an experienced ABB Robotic Engineer to support robotic automation, programming, troubleshooting, commissioning, and continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Program, troubleshoot, and optimize ABB industrial robots using Robot Studio.
• Support robotic systems across assembly, test, and paint operations.
• Integrate robots with PLCs, tooling, sensors, and peripheral equipment.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement permanent corrective solutions.
• Optimize robot configurations, cabling, harnesses, and end-of-arm tooling.
• Collaborate with PLC/Controls, Manufacturing, Quality, and Maintenance teams.
• Support commissioning, testing, and continuous improvement activities.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of robotics/automation experience.
• Strong hands-on ABB robot programming and troubleshooting experience.
• Proficiency with ABB Robot Studio.
• Experience with Allen-Bradley or Siemens PLC integration.
• Manufacturing/shop-floor experience.
• Engineering or related technical degree.

Preferred

• Robotic welding, material handling, assembly, or machine tending.
• Robot commissioning and program optimization.
• Vision-guided robotics and industrial networking.
• Lean/Six Sigma and OEE improvement experience.
