What You'll Do
As a 2nd Shift Spreader, you will be responsible for:
• Setting up and operating industrial sewing machines with precision based on production requirements
• Spreading fabric and assembling materials accurately to meet quality standards
• Collaborating with team members to optimize workflow, ensuring safety and efficiency
• Conducting quality checks on fabric spreads, quickly identifying and resolving any issues
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of equipment and workspace to support safe and effective operations

What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
• 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in textiles or sewing environments
• Familiarity with sewing techniques, industrial sewing machines, and fabric handling
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues
• Physical ability to lift, position, and maneuver materials as needed
• Proficiency in sewing machine operation preferred, with experience using industrial sewing equipment
