What You'll Do
As a 1st Shift Spreader, you will be responsible for:

• Spreading fabric and assembling materials carefully according to quality specifications
• Collaborating with team members to improve workflow and safety standards
• Performing quality inspections on fabric spreads, identifying issues early, and resolving them to minimize rework
• Keeping your work area clean and organized, ensuring equipment is properly maintained for safety and efficiency

What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
• 1-2 years of experience working with sewing machines, preferably in a manufacturing or textile environment
• Knowledge of industrial sewing techniques, machine operation, and fabric handling
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing top-quality work
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Physical ability to lift, maneuver, and handle materials and equipment comfortably
• Familiarity with sewing, industrial sewing, and fabric spreading is a plus
