1st Shift Aerospace Racker

Our client, an industry leader in aerospace manufacturing, is seeking a dedicated 1st Shift Shipping and Receiving/ Racker to join their team. As a 1st Shift Shipping and Receiving/ Racker, you will be part of the production support team, ensuring the efficient handling and organization of aerospace components. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: 1st Shift Shipping and Recieving/Racker

Location: Lynwood, CA

Pay Range: $18-$20/hr.

Shift: 1st Shift (7am-3:30pm + OT)

What's the Job?

• Shipping and Receiving
• Forklift 
• Review production schedules and prioritize jobs for processing.
• Select appropriate racking methods based on part specifications.
• Rack parts using wires, clips, bars, fixtures, or other approved methods.
• Unrack parts following processing while ensuring product quality and preventing damage.
• Assist operators and production personnel to support workflow requirements.

What's Needed?

• Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other material-handling equipment safely.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to follow safety procedures and environmental regulations.
• Basic understanding of production and inventory processes.
• No prior experience required; training provided.
