Work closely with engineers, welders, and fabrication teams to ensure quality and production efficiency. Operate a variety of tools and equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining safety and quality standards. Responsibilities: Read and interpret shop prints, blueprints, and work orders. Assemble steel and fabricated components according to specifications. Identify, stage, and prepare materials for assembly and production. Communicate effectively with engineers, welders, and production staff. Operate shop equipment safely and efficiently. Maintain quality standards and attention to detail throughout the assembly process. Multi-task and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Perform other related duties as assigned. Equipment Used: Saw Beam Line Torch Drill Press Grinder Piranha Overhead Crane Fork Truck Requirements: 2–3 years of experience in assembly, steel fabrication, manufacturing, or a related industrial environment preferred. Ability to read shop prints and follow detailed instructions. Strong understanding of material handling and safe work practices. Ability to work efficiently while maintaining accuracy and quality. Comfortable working on your feet and handling materials in an industrial setting. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Must pass a background check and drug screen. Show more
