A well-established manufacturing company specializing in system technology and E-tools is seeking an experienced Assembler for its facility in Glendale Heights, IL.

Shift & Compensation
- Hours: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Monday - Friday)
- Pay Rate: $20.00 / hour
- Environment: Clean, quiet, organized, and team-oriented
Position Requirements:
- Experience: 3-5 years of technical assembly experience in a production environment is required.
- Skills: Must bring a strong mechanical background and the ability to comfortably read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and assembly drawings.
- Mindset: Open to cross-training and learning new skills within a collaborative team setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mechanical Assembly: Assemble high-quality E-Tools, valves, and hydraulic filters using hand tools and basic power tools.
- Blueprint Reading: Strictly follow written instructions, blueprints, and technical assembly drawings to ensure precision.
- Quality & Testing: Test final products for accuracy, proper functionality, and alignment with company standards.
- Workspace Upkeep: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe individual workstation.
- Cross-Training: Participate in department cross-training to support overall facility operations and flexibility.
