Job Summary


Join a growing manufacturer specializing in thermal management solutions used in aerospace, defense, medical, and commercial applications. This position involves assembling, brazing, testing, and inspecting small aluminum heat pipe components while ensuring the highest standards of quality and precision.


Responsibilities


+ Assemble small aluminum heat pipe components using hand tools and measuring instruments.

+ Perform brazing operations on precision parts used in defense and aerospace products.

+ Test and process heat pipes according to established procedures and specifications.

+ Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other precision measuring tools.

+ Document inspection results and report quality concerns or nonconformances.


Requirements


+ High school diploma or GED required.

+ Experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, or machining environments.

+ Strong attention to detail and ability to work with small precision components.

+ Comfortable using hand tools and basic measuring equipment.

+ Reliable work history with strong teamwork and communication skills.


Preferred Qualifications


+ Previous mechanical assembly or small parts assembly experience.

+ Brazing or soldering experience.

+ Ability to read blueprints or schematics.

+ Experience using calipers, micrometers, and precision inspection tools.

+ Exposure to machine operation, machine shop environments, or general production work.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.75 - $20.00/hr.
