Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday-Friday | 6:30am- 3:00pm

What You'll Do as a Assembler:- Perform assembly operations such as wire stripping, tinning, plugging, twisting, hand crimping, and packaging
- Read, understand, and follow process sheet as provided
- Operate bench-top equipment
- Properly clock into jobs/operations using a computer
- Rotate between assembly areas as directed by manager or lead
- Inspect assemblies for proper form and function per print and process sheet
- Identify and report quality issues
What You Need to Bring to the Assembler Role:- High school diploma or GED; or comparable work experience
- Demonstrated ability to accurately assemble parts using prints, process sheets, or specifications, etc.
- Basic mathematical operations, including the use of fractions and decimals
- Ability to accurately read and interpret a ruler
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Ability to work cooperatively with coworkers
- Ability to use and understand computers and their software programs such as an ERP system
