Shift: Monday through Thursday, 6:00 am - 4:30 pm. update as needed Position Summary: Assemble different components or parts of semi-finished or finished goods, in order to prepare a product to be ready to begin the shipping process, and ultimately complete client orders. Essential Functions:
- Prepares work to be accomplished by studying assembly instructions, blueprint specifications, and parts lists; gathering parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials
- Positions parts and subassemblies by using templates or reading measurements
- Assembles components by examining connections for correct fit; fastening parts and subassemblies
- Verifies specifications by measuring completed component
- Keep the area clean and organized
- Provide a great level of attention to detail and focus on the given task
- Work with team members to maximize productivity and efficiency
- Resolves assembly problems by altering dimensions to meet specifications; notifying supervisor to obtain additional resources
- Keeps equipment operational by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer’s instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs

Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- 2-3 years of assembly experience
- Solid background working with sheet metal
- Knowledge of tooling and tool maintenance
- Must show an aptitude for math, problem-solving, and computer skills
- Good color discernment and color vision
- Follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in an effective way
- Configure bend allowance for sheet material (Not a requirement, but a plus)
- Ability to read blueprints and a knowledge of engineered specified tolerances
- Basic computer skills and the ability to read and follow instructions
- Must maintain excellent attendance, and expect to work overtime if needed
Environmental Conditions:
- Humidity level may be elevated during the summer months

- Physical Demands:
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds frequently
- Able to stand on your feet for at least ten hours a day
