1st Shift Assembler

Nesco Resource is seeking an entry-level 1st shift assembler for a client in Ridgeway, SC.

The assembler will be responsible for assembling products and components according to specifications and instructions. This position requires attention to detail, manual dexterity, and a commitment to quality and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Schedule

1st shift, Monday-Friday, 7am-3pm

Responsibilities

• Assemble products and components according to specifications and instructions.
• Inspect and test assembled products for quality and functionality.
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Ability to read and follow instructions and diagrams.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Previous assembly experience is a plus but not required.
