Assembly Associate – 1st ShiftSchedule:
  • Training Day (First Day Only): 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
  • Regular Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
  • Overtime may be available during the week and on Saturdays
Compensation:
  • $22.00 per hour

Summary:
  • Assemble structural frames and components
  • Work with hand and power tools
  • Read and follow blueprints and assembly drawings
  • Ensure quality and accuracy of finished products
Responsibilities:
  • Assemble structural frames and components according to specifications
  • Use hand and power tools to measure, cut, fit, and secure materials
  • Follow standard operating procedures and quality control requirements
  • Inspect finished assemblies for accuracy and compliance
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
  • Support continuous improvement and productivity initiatives
Requirements:Desired Work Experience:
  • Experience in carpentry, mechanical assembly, manufacturing, or a related trade preferred
Education Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Additional Qualifications:
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and assembly drawings
  • Experience using hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver materials throughout the shift
PPE & Dress Code:Employee Must Provide:
  • Steel-toe or composite-toe safety shoes/boots
  • Long pants with no rips or holes
  • Short sleeves permitted; long sleeves preferred
Provided Onsite:
