Summary
  • Full-time 1st shift opportunity in a manufacturing facility
  • Assemble temperature detectors and related sub-assemblies using work instructions and production specifications
  • Operate tools and production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Ensure products meet company quality and safety standards

Responsibilities
  • Assemble temperature detectors and related sub-assemblies following work instructions, blueprints, diagrams, and production specifications
  • Perform a variety of production assembly tasks ranging from simple to moderately complex using standard manufacturing procedures
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, and production equipment safely and efficiently
  • Inspect components and finished assemblies to ensure quality standards, accuracy, and proper functionality are met
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following company safety policies and manufacturing guidelines
  • Communicate with supervisors and team members regarding production issues, material needs, and process improvements
  • Follow all workplace safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements
  • Ability to follow written work instructions, blueprints, and diagrams
  • Must be able to pass a Math Test
  • Comfortable working inside a manufacturing facility
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive assembly tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and quality standards
  • Ability to safely use hand tools and production equipment
  • Dependable attendance and willingness to work overtime as needed
  • Must be able to pass a Background Check and Drug Screen
