Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Assembly Technicians for a hydraulic solutions company in Alexandria, MN. What You’ll Do as an Assembly Technician:- Assemble components using hand tools, power tools, and equipment according to work instructions
- Build entry-level products to meet quality, efficiency, and customer standards
- Communicate with team members regarding order priorities, quality issues, and inventory
- Participate in process improvements and maintain safety practices
- Maintain accurate records and transactions in the ERP system
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and efficient
What You Need to Bring to the Assembly Technician Role:- High school diploma or GED required
- 1 year of relevant work experience preferred (entry-level candidates welcome)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand and power tools
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work with a sense of urgency
- Reliable and able to work effectively as part of a team
