1st Shift Bilingual Production Associate (English – Spanish)
Location: Indianapolis, IN?
Shift: Monday–Friday, 1st Shift - 7:30am to 4:00pm (May work Saturdays as needed)?
Pay: $19.00/hour?
Job Summary?
We are seeking reliable, motivated, and detail-oriented individuals for a 1st Shift Production Associate position. This is a temporary-to-hire opportunity, with the potential for direct hire after 90 days, based on performance, attendance, and business needs.
In this role, associates will support daily production operations, including food preparation, light assembly, packaging, and other related duties in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Successful candidates should be able to follow work instructions, maintain quality and safety standards, and contribute to a productive and professional workplace.
Key Responsibilities?
- Assist with preparing fresh ingredients for meal production.??
- Perform light assembly and packaging of food products.??
- Ability to regularly lift to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work in a freezing-temperature environment throughout the shift.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area.??
- Follow food safety and quality standards at all times.??
