People Source OKC is Hiring – Brake Press OperatorPay Rate: Starting at $18.00/hour (DOE)
Schedule: 1st Shift: Monday–Friday | 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM (Shift will return to 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM once temperatures begin to cool.)

Job Type: Temp-to-HirePosition OverviewPeople Source OKC is hiring an experienced 1st Shift Brake Press Operator for a busy manufacturing facility in Oklahoma City. Candidates must have solid brake press experience and be able to step in and operate brake press equipment with little to no training. This position offers competitive pay and the opportunity for long-term employment.Job Responsibilities· Set up and operate brake press machinery to bend, form, and shape metal components
· Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders
· Select and install appropriate tooling for production runs
· Measure and inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards are met
· Make machine adjustments as needed to maintain accuracy and efficiency
· Perform routine equipment checks and basic maintenance
· Follow production schedules and meet daily output goals
· Maintain a clean and safe work environmentRequirements· Solid brake press experience is required
· Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
· Experience using measuring tools such as calipers, tape measures, and gauges
· Strong attention to detail and quality control
· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
· Reliable attendance and dependable transportation
· Ability to lift, bend, stand, and work in a manufacturing environment
· Must be able to pass a drug screen
· Must be able to pass a background checkAdditional Information· Immediate opening available
· 1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM, Monday–Friday
· All shifts that currently begin at 5:00 AM will return to their normal 6:00 AM start time once temperatures become cooler.
