Job Summary:
- Set up and operate CNC machines (3+ axis) to produce parts to spec
- Spend ~75% of time on CNC machining and ~25% supporting assembly
- Read and interpret blueprints and job specifications accurately
- Select and mount proper tools, fixtures, and attachments
- Monitor cutting process and make adjustments to maintain quality
- Inspect finished parts for accuracy, consistency, and defects
- Perform routine machine maintenance (cleaning, lubrication, tooling)
- Support assembly team as needed to ensure smooth production flow
- Willingness to learn and be trained on company-specific CNC equipment
