Job Duties:- Set up CNC milling machines and CNC lathes, ensuring proper installation of tooling, fixtures, and workpieces according to blueprints and technical specifications
- Program CNC machines using CAM (Computer-Aided Manufacturing) software and verify programs through simulation before production runs
- Read and interpret complex blueprints, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing), and technical drawings to ensure precise machining operations
- Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, and coordinate measuring machines to verify part dimensions and quality standards
- Adjust machine parameters, troubleshoot issues, and perform routine maintenance to optimize machine performance and minimize downtime
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve machining processes, tooling setups, and overall efficiency
- Maintain detailed setup documentation, inspection reports, and machine logs in compliance with safety and quality protocols
Pay: $21.50-$27.50 DOE
Shift: 1st Monday -Thursday, some Fridays for Overtime may be required
Hours: 5:00am-3:30pm
