Deflasher / Backup Material Handler

Pro Resources is currently hiring a Deflasher / Backup Material Handler for Ashley Industrial Molding in Kendallville, IN. Shift Details:
- 1st Shift: Monday-Thursday 7:00am-5:00pm
- Overtime on Fridays and Saturdays as needed
Job Duties:
- Remove excess material from molded plastic parts
- Sand and finish parts after production
- Inspect parts for quality defects
- Assemble hardware and components as needed
- Assist with moving materials and supplying production areas when covering as backup material handler
- Work closely with production team to keep operations running smoothly
Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable bending, twisting, squatting, and standing for extended periods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Good attendance and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work overtime when needed
- Forklift experience is a plus but not required
